Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Your email address, used to sign you in (we send a one-time magic link — no password is ever stored)
• Your timezone and preferred reminder time, so we email you at the right moment
• The names and birth dates of the people you add, so we can remind you about their birthdays
• If you order a physical postcard: the recipient's name and postal address, your custom message, and the order's payment status
• If you subscribe to Pro: your Stripe customer ID and subscription status, so we know which features to unlock

Who we share it with

• Supabase hosts our database and handles sign-in
• Stripe processes Pro subscription payments — we never see or store your card details
• Stannp prints and mails physical postcards — if you order one, we send them the recipient's name, address, and your message so they can produce and post it
• Resend delivers our transactional emails (magic links, birthday reminders, postcard confirmations)
• Vercel Analytics gives us anonymized page-view counts — no personal data is included

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you want your account and everything in it deleted, email us (address below) and we'll remove it.

Payments

Stripe handles all payment processing for Pro subscriptions and postcard orders. We never see, store, or have access to your full card number.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time by emailing us. If you're in the UK or EU, you have these rights under GDPR / UK GDPR.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we collect or how we use it, we'll update this page and change the date at the top.
